Someone has sent you something with MlimaGo. Here's what happens when the rider arrives.
When the rider arrives
The rider calls or notifies you on arrival at the drop-off point.
Check before confirming
Look at the parcel first. Only confirm once it is in your hands.
Confirming delivery
Confirmation with a PIN, or a photo or signature if needed, protects both you and the sender.
Your privacy
Your phone number and address are only shared with the assigned rider for that delivery.
