MlimaGo delivery riders collect from kitchens, shops and businesses and bring orders to customers with tracked, confirmed drop-off.
Food delivery
Restaurant orders are picked up as soon as the kitchen marks them ready.
Shop and business delivery
Businesses can send items to customers using parcel booking, with pickup at the shop and drop-off at the customer.
Rider assignment
Jobs go to approved delivery riders nearby. Delivery riders are a separate team from transport riders.
Tracking and confirmation
Customers follow the rider on a map. Delivery is completed with the customer's PIN, or with a photo or signature when the PIN can't be used.
