Choose a restaurant, build your order and a MlimaGo delivery rider brings it to your door. Fees are shown before you pay.
How ordering works
Open a restaurant page, add dishes to your order and check out. The restaurant confirms and prepares the food, then marks it ready for pickup.
Paying for food
Pay with an M-Pesa prompt on your phone or choose cash on delivery. Cash payments are confirmed by you when the rider hands over the food.
Rider delivery
A nearby delivery rider collects the order. You can follow the order status and the rider on the map once the trip starts.
PIN delivery confirmation
Each order gets a delivery PIN. Share it with the rider only when you have your food, so nobody else can mark it delivered.
Order in four steps

- 3Follow the order while the kitchen cooks and the rider travels.
- 4Give the rider your PIN when the food arrives.
