Delete your MlimaGo account
MlimaGo is operated by Appforge Digital. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time — you do not need the app installed or to be signed in.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to appforgedigital@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion".
- Send it from the email address linked to your MlimaGo account, or include that address and your phone number so we can verify the account is yours.
- We will confirm your request and delete your account and associated personal data.
What gets deleted
Your profile, saved addresses, sign-in details and assistant conversation history are deleted. Open orders, rides or parcel jobs must be completed or cancelled before the account can be closed.
What we may keep
Some records cannot be deleted immediately where we are required to keep them: completed payment and financial records, delivery confirmations and dispute records may be retained for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. These records are kept secure, are not used for any other purpose, and are not publicly visible.
